Q: How can I order your product?
A: You can order our products by fax, mail, or phone.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Send us a check or purchase order by mail or Fax. We also accept credit cards over the phone.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: We will ship within one day of your order via UPS ground at no extra cost to you. Usually the shipping time is within a week. However, we charge extra shipping for one or two day mail (usually between $10 and $50).
Q: How much do you charge for shipping? For sales tax?
A: The shipping charge is included in our price unless you're interested
in one or two day mail. No sales tax is charged on any order unless the customer
is from Utah and not tax-exempt (effective May 3, 2004).
Q: Can I receive a discount for large orders?
A: It depends on what you order and in what quantity. This is a product we produce ourselves and we are selling it to the public very close to the actual production price.
