 Bob Morgan Principal Investigator |
Bob Morgan, Ph.D. is a Research Associate Professor who has served on the faculty of the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation at Utah State University since 1991. He has worked in disabilities for 23 years and has published seven books, one book chapter, and over 40 journal articles. Dr. Morgan has 14 years of direct service experience with children, youth, and adults with disabilities. He continues to consult with service programs on a national level. Dr. Morgan started TRI-SPED in 1995. |

Forbush IMPACT Project Coordinator David Forbush is new to the TRI-SPED organization and will be coordinating Project IMPACT.NET. David is nearing the completion of a doctoral program in special education and has spent the last seven years working as a school psychologist, director of special education and title-1 coordinator for a South Eastern Idaho school district. |
